How do you juggle a soccer ball on your knees and feet?

I've been trying to juggle a soccer ball for two days now. All I can do is 6 juggles on my knees and 2 juggles on my feet. I don't know if I'm doing the right stance or doing anything right.

  1. Make sure you watch the ball and lock your ankles when you use your feet
  2. When juggling on your feet try to keep the ball low and position your ankle pointing higher up to create backspin and keep the ball around your foot. Try dropping the ball onto your foot and 1-touching it back to your hands with spin. Then move on to more touches consecutively. Eventually you can keep the ball low and (alternating feet) add back spin to the ball to rack up them juggles. When juggling on you thighs, keep the ball close to your torso so that it pops straight back up into the air. A good way to practice this is to alternate thighs and bounce the ball back and forth. Good luck!
  3. have your knees slightly bent and be balanced try to only juggle with your feet because you cant dribble with your knees. try to get 19 then 20 then 3o, etc. try to at least get 30. GOOD LUCK!!!!!
  4. Practice and try your best to keep the ball close to your body.
